NHM is one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Grand Rapids. Amazing service, bigger-city quality food, Detroit-esque architectural detail. Top notch wine list. So glad to have a fresh place around! The coffee and canelé (must try) were superb. Fries were extra crispy, mussels impeccably clean and flavorful. On another visit, had the best quiche I have ever had, won't be able to eat it anywhere else now. Highly recommend to come here for any occasion, whether a special date, family gathering (including les bébés!), or just a quick coffee & pastry.
I went with my boyfriend for the first time tonight. We both have been wanting to go for a while and finally we were able to, and, I have to say, our evening was absolutely perfect.
The service was incredible. I was greeted very kindly at the door and was asked about my day on the way to our table. Our server was very kind and upbeat and helped us out with our drink options which did not disappoint.
The food was phenomenal. We ordered the cheese lady trolly, the pressed pork belly, and the Quiche Lorraine. The cheese from the trolly was devine (duh, Cheese Lady never disappoints) the pork belly was the perfect sweet spot of crispy and fatty, and the quiche was like custard. Amazing. Everything was amazing.
We have nothing negative to say about our experience tonight. We will be back soon!
